How it works
How we set up a workflow for your school
We start by watching how your team does the work today. Then your AI teammate takes on the repeatable steps, and your staff keep every decision.
Four steps, with the hours measured before and after
1Walkthrough
We sit with the person who does the work today and watch every step, including the exceptions.
2Map and baseline
We write a one-page map of the workflow and record hours per cycle, cycle time and error rate before we build.
3Shadow run
The new workflow runs beside your team for at least two cycles while we compare the results.
4Go live
You get a written runbook, monitoring, and a named person to call. We keep the workflow current through each template year.

Closing the books and Unaudited Actuals for a multi-charter network
Karl's own AI agent did this work for a client network, the same way your AI teammate would. One general-ledger export went in. This is who did what.
The AI agent
- Built a full set of books from the ledger export
- Checked state funding for every resource
- Balanced every restricted resource
- Tied opening balances to last year's forms and audit
It handed back
- Every closing entry, in an Excel summary
- One MIP import file
- SACS import files
- A board summary of the results
Karl
- Reviewed the draft statements and every proposed entry
- Imported the entry file into MIP himself
- Cross-checked the SACS files and submitted them through the state portal
- Edited the board summary before it went out

What you get
What your team receives after each cycle
An Excel file with live formulas, a PDF board report, an import file for your accounting system, and a dashboard refreshed after every close.

Start with one workflow
The first conversation takes about forty minutes. We talk through what your team does every month, where the hours go, and which workflow to map first.
